LOOKING FOR A PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOUR HAWKESYARD ESTATE WEDDING?
Ash and Lauren and of course Rio got married on a wonderful sunny summers day in July in the gorgeous Staffordshire countryside. The Hawyesyard Estate was a wonderful location for Lauren and Ash to get hitched and for their wonderful dog Rio to enjoy the whole day with them too. We had a great day with loads of fun and laughter. Thanks guys for this wonderful review:
I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough, she’s an absolute superstar! Our wedding photos were everything we hoped for and more, she captured exactly how the day felt, and understood that the dog was our world and captured this beautifully. She made us all feel totally at ease and had us laughing all day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melissa to anyone and everyone!
HAWYESYARD ESTATE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Hawkesyard Estate is a stunning wedding venue — perfect for the couple wanting that special blend of history and modern luxury. The Hawkesyard team describe it as “a unique blend of sophistication and tranquillity,” and having enjoyed every moment of Ash and Lauren’s sun-kissed wedding, I’d definitely agree with them!
Set in Armitage Park (which dates all the way back to 1270), and surrounded by 200 acres of glorious Staffordshire countryside, Hawkesyard Estate is one of the Midlands’ best-kept wedding secrets. The Grade II-listed Hall was built in 1759, and since then it’s been developed by the monks, Sheriffs and poets who’ve called it home over the centuries. All those people, all those years and all that work have created a wedding venue that’ll be perfect for your special day (and any little dogs that might come along with you).
Hawkesyard Hall is licenced for 80-person civil ceremonies. It can also accommodate up to 120 guests for wedding breakfasts and evening entertainment. Their wedding packages are really flexible, meaning you can make the venue work exactly as you want it to, depending on the size of your party.
Whether it’s a romantic, cosy couples shoot, those big and beaming group shots, or your guests hanging out and having fun in the sunshine, you can’t move for incredible photo opportunities at Hawkesyard. You’ve got the handsome Hall, the sprawling, manicured grounds, the Orangery Garden Bar, and the Parkland Suite Golf Club — just take a look through Ash and Lauren’s blog to see everything that’s on offer!
The guys at Hawkesyard are great, and they’ve got everything covered: from your own dedicated wedding coordinator and events manager, to a resident DJ, and a top-class catering team. You’ll be in professional, experienced hands, leaving you to enjoy a perfect no-fuss day in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. They’ve thought of everything — from the stunning bridal suite, right down to a funky chauffeur-driven wedding buggy!
One of the best things about the Hawkesyard Estate is that you can secure exclusive access to the Hall and grounds. This means you’ll have total privacy, and no day-trippers or picnic people wandering around in the background of your photos. And trust me, with these grand old estates, that’s not always the case! It’s also a great venue for your guests, with loads of parking and a huge range of boutique double and family rooms to pick from — both before and after your big day.
I loved Hawkesyard Estate, and I can’t wait to shoot there again. Two big thumbs up from me — highly recommended!
