Throwback to Steven and Sarah’s beautiful wedding in the Cambridgeshire countryside!
What a lovely day this was — full of sunshine, smiles, love and laughter. We started out with Sarah’s bridal prep in the cosy Fullers Hill Cottages, in the company of her nearest and dearest: her mum, her pals, and her lovely little boy Oliver. A peaceful start to a very chill day!
From there, it was off to the amazing ‘Tipi Village’ at Fullers Hill, and a lovely ceremony. I love outdoors weddings — there’s something so elegant about getting married under clear blue skies, surrounded by grass and nature, and Steven and Sarah really lucked out with the weather! The ceremony was full of extra-special personal touches, including Sarah’s friends singing and playing for them. So cute.
NATURAL RELAXED OUTDOOR WEDDING
But what I remember most about this wedding was all the little people. They were everywhere, and getting up to all sorts of fun stuff — whether it was hula-hooping, Jenga-ing, Connect Four-ing, or just playing in the hay (which would have been my personal favourite at their age). That’s the hallmark of a really great venue: plenty to do for people of all ages, and the little ones certainly took advantage of it here!
I loved doing the couple’s shoot too, at the air-field next door. You wouldn’t think brides and aircraft hangars necessarily go together, but what can I say — it just worked!

FULLERS HILL FARM CAMBRIDGESHIRE

They offer all the extras to go with their beautiful location — everything from coaches to chauffeur-driven limos if you’re heading off-site, plus a dedicated make-up artist and stylist (Samantha), a private chef (Frank) and a lovely florist (Anna). They’ve even got a professional laundry service!
Next door to Fullers Hill you’ll find another special surprise — Little Gransden Airfield. It’s home to loads of cool vintage and classic aircraft (plus a museum), and they offer private air displays for weddings. If you’re looking for something extra-special, they’ll even strap fireworks to a plane and wow your guests with an amazing night-time show!
